Our footwear is guaranteed against defects for the life of the sole. The life of the sole is effectively over once the outsole has worn through to the next layer at ANY point. Examples of defects include sole separation and straps pulling out (dogs using slippers as a chew toy does not count). If a problem occurs prior to the sole wearing through we will replace the defective pair no questions asked.

Does your footwear run true to size?
Wed like to think so, but to be sure please reference the size chart to the right of the slipper images while shopping.
What should I do if I wear a half size?
We're fairly true to shoe size so the thing to consider is the width of your foot. Wide feet should always go up the half size. Narrow feet have a choice and should go up or down the half size depending on how you like to wear your slippers (snug or not).
How should I care for my Scott's?
Our footwear is built to last and they can take a lot of abuse so do your worst. Leather styles however will need more care. The elements take their toll so pay a little more attention where you take and leave them. One tip for cleaning our footwear is to throw them in with a load of laundry and then let them air dry. Seriously it works, but be sure to keep them out of direct sunlight (they're not plants) as they will curl up.
