Best Father’s Day gift ever

6 years ago, my husband bought these slippers. He wore them every day, hiking, biking, and gardening, until aboit 4 months ago. I am so happy to be able to give them to him for Father’s Day this year! Not a week has passed since they finally wore out that he hasn’t missed them. Thank you!

Memories

So far so good, but it could be even better if they were designed and made as they were a few years ago with all leather. I have always loved the sturdiness of this particular sandal along with your brand and am happy to have to rock these. But, again, I have been and will continue to be puzzled as to why you changed them up in the first place. However, they do get the job done with comfort and style. So, still a tip of the hat. Thanks for your solid products.

Hi Matthew, Although the leather toe piece was VERY comfy it was not durable. With a "lifetime of the sole" warranty on all our footwear and we had customer's returning pairs that were several years old. The leather toe piece had reached it's limit, but the rubber outsole was still in tact so we had to replace the pair per our warranty. Long story short, there is no way a thin piece of leather would last as long as a heavy duty rubber outsole so we had to make the change.
