Our all terrain slipper... our 4x4... our ‘Tonka truck’! The Manoa has the oomph to prove its durability with its heavy duty rubber bottom. Just ask the Keawe thorns! But don’t worry, comfort can be found in hell or high water with this pair of slippers.
Nylon strap with anti-chafe neoprene lining provides instant comfort
Avoid the dreaded sandal strap burn. Wetsuit style neoprene lining is soft next to skin and ensures a comfy fit well after the sun goes down.
Textured Rubalon insole wicks moisture away from the foot for added grip
A Scott Hawaii innovation, Rubalon has the cushioning comfort of EVA foam with the support and durability of rubber. It gives the foam memory which molds to your foot so it can go the extra mile.
Scott's All Terrain sole features arch support and heel cup
Anatomically designed to contour to your foot shape and provide sneaker level support in your favorite hiking slippers. Our lug sole is built for hiking and any other rugged activities.
These are heavier than Rainbows, but they also handle what other brands could never holdup to. They are like rugged like Chacos, but slippahs and so much better for every day use. These can get wet and they have grip. I can walk on the reef, dry or wet, not slip and it doesn’t hurt the bottom of feet like the other brands do. These are solid, like I said heavier, but you don’t feel that weight because they fit the foot so well and have support where the other brands, San Clemente brand don’t. You can actually hike, get muddy and wet in the streams or at the reef when going to check surf and the others you would be slipping all around and feet hurting. These you feel good in. Wish I would have ditched Rainbows sooner for Scott's.
So far so good. As expected.
I purchased Scott's in 1990 - still using them to this day! This most recent purchase is equal to the task. Comfortable, stylish and ready for 30 years of service. If you're buying any other open 'shoe,' you're not getting the very best. SCOTT HAWAII!!!!
Manoa is the Best rubber sole slipper now. It last the longest and is a solid support on feet. You guys had a better design though long ago, with more staggered rectangles shapes. That one had the best grip ever, I dont know why it is not made anymore?
I have NO idea how many pair of Scott Slippers I've gone through, but I keep coming back for a reason! These slippers are built to last. NEVER had the nylon or glue between layer fail. I've always worn 'em until the outsole is smooth and VERY close to exposing the mid sole (of course by then there's no cushion left either). This process now takes about 2 years, maybe a bit more due to having moved to WA State where, frankly, it is COLD and WET for a fair portion of the year and I have to force myself to wear "real shoes". Of course work has also been a factor in choice of footwear, but even then, my Scotts are in the truck and on before I leave work wherever that may be. OUTSTANDING product and truly GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
