Shipping & Returns
If the item you ordered is in stock, we will ship your order via USPS ground within 2-3 business days of purchase.
When you place your order, you should receive an order confirmation email from us, reflecting the items you purchased.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders via USPS. Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately we cannot refund gift certificates.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Package not received
First check the tracking information provided and ensure the package has been confirmed as DELIVERED. If marked as delivered but not received click here for further instructions. If these instructions prove unsuccessful contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to remedy the situation.
